Richard Coates - Managing Director, BCL
Richard Coates founded the Baseline Group in April 2003 to provide a range of modelling and risk consultancy services to the financial, utilities and telecoms sectors of the UK economy. Prior to this Richard was Head of the UK Financial Services National practice for KPMG where he had been a Partner for nearly 20 years. Richard has considerable experience in providing excellent client service in risk management and analysis and has a strong record of successfully leading advisory and consultancy assignments within the financial services industry.

Tim Fletcher - Sales and Marketing Director, BCL
Tim joined BCL in September 2004 having previously been Sales and Marketing Director of Homeloan Management Limited for three and a half years where he delivered sales achieving 400% growth over this period.

Prior to this, Tim worked for Bradford and Bingley ending as Director of Mortgage Portfolios, having joined 19 years earlier as a Management Trainee. Tim has a degree in Mathematics, is a qualified Company Secretary and has 25 years' industry, sales and marketing experience.

Keely Craig - Finance Director, BCL
Keely qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in the Financial Sector Audit Department. Since leaving KPMG in 2001 Keely has performed a number of finance roles within the Skipton Building Society Group. Her experience includes involvement in the start up of Callcredit, being Finance Director at Industrial Equipment Finance Ltd and acting as a consultant to the Group Corporate Investments team.

Suzanne Smith - Operations Director, BCL
Suzanne qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG before moving into KPMG Corporate Finance where she was involved in lead advisory work on flotations, acquisitions, disposals and buyouts. She spent three and a half years at Provident Insurance, part of Provident Financial, the financial services group specialising in personal credit and motor insurance before joining Baseline in December 2004.
